As part of the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) franchise process, public informational meetings were hosted in each of the eight Iowa counties to provide an overview of the project to landowners. The meetings included presentations by representatives of the Iowa Utilities Board and SOO Green. Copies of the presentations from the IUB and Project, as well as handouts from the IUB and Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) are available for download.
